Transportation Service


CP owns six wheelchair accessible vehicles, including two buses, and four vans. They are providing transportation within our programs for medical, social, education, and recreational purposes .

Social Development Programs

A wide range of activities include: tennis, bowling, swimming, outing to the zoo and baseball
games. Adult and young adult social groups meet every other month for informal social activities.

Camp Sandy Wheels

Residential Camp Sandy Wheels offers a two week summer outdoor recreational program to children and adults with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. Specially trained counselors and volunteers offer one-to-one attention for each camper making as normal as possible the camping experiences. A nurse is on duty 24 hours a day. Daily programs include: boating/fishing, swimming, music, sports, games and nature. Dances, talent shows, award banquets, bonfires and cookouts are some of the evening activities.
